Every child is unique, so therapy frequency is based on your child's individual needs, goals, and therapist recommendations. Many children attend therapy two to three times per week, while others may benefit from a different schedule. We'll discuss our recommendations after the evaluation and adjust the plan as your child grows and progresses.
-
Every child develops at their own pace, but if you have concerns about your child's development, it's worth talking with your pediatrician. You may also consider an evaluation if your child is having difficulty with communication, movement, coordination, sensory processing, feeding, self-care skills, handwriting, learning through play, or meeting developmental milestones. An evaluation can help determine whether therapy would be beneficial and identify the best next steps. Trust your instincts—you know your child best.
-
The length of therapy varies for every child and depends on their individual needs, goals, diagnosis, and progress. Some children achieve their goals in just a few months, while others benefit from ongoing therapy over a longer period. Your therapist will regularly monitor your child's progress, adjust goals as needed, and work closely with you to determine the appropriate duration of services. Our goal is always to help your child build the skills they need to thrive while supporting their independence every step of the way.
